Eternal Sunshine of the Spotless Mind

Eternal Sunshine of the Spotless Minds

Illumines something at the corner of my mind, my heart, whenever I think about it. whenever I hear its melody.

There's some elements in it that makes me crazy, gets me drunk. Coldness, love, simplicity and loneliness. These elements are totally related to me. Even more, sometimes I think my personality - from some views - looks like Joe. who knows...

Before watching Eternal Sunshine of the Spotless Mind, the first movie in my fav list was Shawshank Redemption. A master movie about hope. For what I prefer the former to the later? Ahhhh... I don't know exactly. Actually I don't prefer, It's something in me who prefers. I don't judge about that, he decided to prefer.

Maybe the reason is related to the issues. Shawshank is about what I want to have (the power of hope), about the ideal thoughts of human, but Eternal Sunshine is completely about me, about what I am now. That's why I pick this one, I think.

        Kate Wislet and Jim Carrey

        What a scene!

Listen to the melody, It flies me to the movie atmosphere... OK, enough for tonight ...

I'm still alive!

This isn't a serious post. I just wanna demonstrate I'm alive yet!

These days I'm busy. Last week I worked on a research project for a company, it maybe resumes or not. The research was about Web Offices and I reached to some nice harvests If it hasn't privacy issues I do publish them.

Also there's just one month to beginning of my military service and I keep reading Globalization by R. Jahanbagloo, Coding a simple timetable and course chooser for a sample college in ASP.NET 2.0 and looking for a part time programming job! there we go...

Juno

Juno

What a happy girlish movie! "I Love It!"*

Juno was nominated this year for Academy award and won some Oscars, I think. It's a very happy movie, so girlish and so simple and nice. I like the red color of Juno's sweat shirt, I like the graphics (I mean beginning credit title and and other things likes runners with yellow shorts), I like Juno's humors and I love the music.

"You're a part time lover & full time friend ..."

or

"we're just dancin' we're just hugin', singin' screamin' kissin' talkin' ..."

or

"If I was a flower growing wild and free
All I'd want is you to be my sweet honey bee ..."

You an find here all of them.

I've seen Ellen Page (Juno) before in other Hollywood movies, and in all of them she plays as a teenage girl (just like Juno). She has a smart childish face and good at these roles. I wish I could find the Soundtrack. These kind of music makes me happy and cheery and I need it really.

*: One of Juno's dialogs, you should see the movie ;)

Georgia Rule

Georgia Rule

It's Friday night, officially Saturday, and I'm finished a movie which name is Georgia Rule I don't know by who, I don't care of that. The movie has a kind of true content, you know. I mean about family, about trust. I like that.

Evening when I was talking to somebody about that, I didn't watch the movie exactly. I mean I have a method for watching new films. I hold the left key and change periodically position of cursor on the time slider. I called it this way...this way...this way method! And when I have time to see the movie, I watch it completely form beginning to the end.

Anyway, United states is a large country. There's some where like Nevada with these kind of Georgia Rules while there's California with Its sham splendor. Never mind where here is, If you cant adopt yourself with the rules, holy rules, family rules, you cant live calm, I believe that.

I hate these shitty animals didn't understand anything in life except lust. Man is not just the sex. Man is not anim. This is the big historical problem of the modernism that west life is based on. Lose of humanity feelings. What are the values? family? kindness? love? no just the economy, money. Money can buy anything, your honor, your life, your family.

I'm not a tradition dogmatist, It has some problem too. But the key point is that modernism is not a complete ideology. It lacks the human feelings.

P.S: Lindsey Lohan with this play changed my mind. I like her.

Angels in Dress of Human

Einstein and the Poet: In Search of the Cosmic Man Today when I finished reading of the Einstein and the Poet: In Search of the Cosmic Man by William Hermanns, a brighter picture of Prof. Einstein is formed in my mind.

However William Hermanns as a poet asked him not more than some dreamy unneeded questions but there are some valuable answers in his book too. He had four meeting with Einstein between 1930 in Berlin and 1954 in Princeton and tried to enforce him to talk about himself and his ideas about war, peace, world, science, religion and so on.

In March of 1930, when he's going to visit Einstein for the first time, he finds two suspicious person - a man and a woman - near the Einstein's apartment. They were (accurately the man was)angry because of a simple story that had been sent to Einstein and he hadn't much time to read it and send it back to the man. He told some bullshit about exploiting the apartment if they don't give him his wonderful story! So, after Hermanns told about the man, Einstein agreed to go to the police station. Einstein didn't get hurt in this adventure but in any of the visits (even in 1954!) Hermanns remembers this accident for the Prof. Einstein and the funny note is that he introduced himself as the savior of Einstein! While in the last time in 1954 Einstein says:

"Oh! Dr. Hermanns, Please don't remember that adventure to me again!"

Einstein and Elsa Brändström

The key point of Einstein's speech is about his Cosmic Religion I think. That the whole exactly conforms to mine, However I didn't know the name. Cosmic Religion is about understanding and feeling God in the regularity of the world, in math and in the nature, and believer is the ones who loves to and tries to discover the rules of the universe. There's no difference among Judaism, Christianity, Islam or Buddhism. There's no difference among nations, blood or descent. Don't think about Labels, Just think about what you should do. think about the peace, kindness, humanity.

Elsa Brändström

Another issue I wana talk about is a woman who known as "Angel of POWs". Elsa Brändström, is a Swedish woman went to Siberia in 1915 as a nurse of Red Cross to introduce basic medical treatment for the German POWs. She remained in Russia to help until she was arrested in Omsk in 1920. I'm really proud to know her. God bless her.

A lot of people had been lived in the world. Some were wilds and criminals like Adolf Hitler, and some were real angels. Now when you look at the history of the world, just angels are shining as a star and you could never forget them. Some one like Elsa Brändström.

The Night Bus

Khosro Shakibaee in The Night Bus

Last night was a real chance to see "The Night Bus" by Kiumars Pour Ahmad in cinema with a good friend.

It's a lovely nostalgic B&W movie about war of Iran and Iraq staring Mohammad Reza Forutan as Frarugh (in Arabic script فاروق) and Khosro Shakibaee as Bus Driver. There's a lot of things to discuss about the movie but the key point is that's the critical point in war genre of the Iranian cinema, I think.

There's no heroic motto. Just describes the adversity of the war for Iraq same as Iran. Iraqi peoples are not black persons in this film, all the Iranians and Iraqis are victims of their leaders, and there's no film with this content in the background of Iranian cinema.

The greatest role player is Farugh, a young Iraqi man who his father is from Iraq and his mother is Iranian. And the Key question he asks is:

Where is my home country?

That a really nice question. There's no country in the war, all the people are victims. M. R. Forutan is a great Iranian actor learned to speak Iraqi Arabic like a native for this movie. His play is wonderful.

P.S: Tanks in advance to Hamed (Z) for attracting me to watch this movie.

This is the way you should be ...

The Lake House

Accidentally I watched The Lake House tonight. I was going to see Yanni in Las Vegas but the DVD-ROM sucks. However, it not became bad.

The movie was about Alex (Keanu Reeves) found his girl Kate (Sandra Bullock) in future. Yeah, there's two years of distance between them. They talk to each other by using post box near the lake house. Then they decide to see each other but time is a big problem. So they find the way, They arrange a time (beside the lake house) and Alex wait for two years and then they find each other! such a good idea!

Any way, it's better than the cheap movies with bullshit loves. It has some kind of love in their loneliness times, you know. Its love makes sense for me. How would be fun if I was instead of Alex.

Some Changes

Life is going to have some changes for me, and I'm going to change some of the habits. Some things like wake up time. Some other stuffs should be regular and sorted.

Life is a road full of little new stars shining on the far, and we should think about that how could we touch the stars when we reach them. That's why we shouldn't think about hardness of life. We will reach to stars and will tell them hello, so we should prepare ourselves for this miracle.

I'm a lonely man, I know well. But there are a lot of Fantines I should make hopeful, there are a lot of Cosettes I should be their father. There are a lot of people haven't any friend and I should be their friend. So, I have a lot of jobs to do! Dear lord, make me a complete Jean Valjean ...
